Ayurveda — Harmony of Life

"Ayurveda — Harmony of Life" — is an educational project by the TRADO company, prepared by the Ayurveda center "Dhanvantari", primarily by its director, the well-known promoter of Ayurveda in Russia, I.I. Vetrov. The almanac presents a significant part of... his developments in the fields of philosophy, medicine, marma-vidya, phytotherapy, and the Ayurvedic nutrition system. Different aspects of Ayurveda — philosophy, Panchakarma, phytotherapy — are also discussed by writers, healers, spiritual teachers, and specialists in the field of Ayurveda. The publication is a logical continuation of the almanac "Ayurveda — The Art of Living" published in 2010, edited by I.I. Vetrov and Y.V. Sorokina.
