The life of provincial guy Ilya cannot be called sweet: average appearance, lack of achievements, an unhappy crush on his classmate Lena, who got married and whom he follows on social media. Ilya expresses his resentment online, finding sympathy in the community of incels and woman-haters. One day he decides to move to Moscow to stay with his friend Nikita and even nurtures hopes of getting closer to Lena. Will he manage to break free from the vicious circle of grievances and failures?
