Bet Marble, Cliff Kamash, and other interstellar travelers from the ship «Sun Seeker», who initially decided to stay in the Bowl of Heavens, ultimately set off for Gloria. After all, it was the original destination of the «Seeker». This means... they must explore this new and potentially dangerous world — even if personal conflicts and challenges arise along the way. Like the Bowl of Heavens, the double system of Gloria can evoke shock and admiration due to its incredibly complex structure and mystery. The representatives of its civilization, at first glance, seem quite friendly. But the crew of the «Seeker» suspects that something is amiss here — and apparently not without reason... The intelligent inhabitants of the Bowl and Gloria are convinced that a stable and progressive social structure is impossible for species lacking certain capabilities. And humanity, in their eyes, is not so far removed from primates and clearly falls short of the high standards of advanced races. Will humans have to prove their right to a place in the sun — and what will it cost?
