Tabletop Game - The Mystery of the House of Shadows

"The Mystery of the House of Shadows" – is an exciting card game with hidden roles and quick rounds, each turning into a real detective investigation. Here, two sides collide – cunning criminals and perceptive detectives, and they all strive... to achieve their goals.
To win, you will need a sharp mind, bluffing skills, and the art of persuasion. Only with their help will you be able to unravel the mystery and bring the case to completion… or skillfully confuse the others, derailing the investigation and leaving everyone in complete bewilderment. Are you ready for an intellectual duel?

Prepare the deck of cards according to the instructions in the game rules: for different numbers of guests at this dinner party, you will need a different number of cards in the deck. After preparation, deal 4 cards to each player, and place the unused cards in the center of the table along with the victory point tokens.
On your turn, you must play one card from your hand face up in front of you and trigger its special effect, after which the turn passes to the neighbor on the left. That’s all the rules of this simple and elegant game, but the devil is in the details! The deck contains 7 types of cards: murder, criminal, accomplice, detective, sheriff, alibi, and additional cards. The player who has drawn the "crime" plays it first, thereby starting the game. The player with the "criminal" in hand must play it last. If they succeed, then they and all players who have played their "accomplices" win the round and receive 2 victory points each.
By playing a "detective," you can point to any player and ask if they are the criminal. The player must answer honestly, and if the detective exposes them, they gain 2 points, while all other players (except accomplices) receive 1 point. However, there is an "alibi" card that allows the criminal to lie... And these are not all the cards and effects that await you in the game.
Don't forget the main thing! You are allowed – and we even encourage you to – discuss the course of the game with each other, BUT without revealing your cards.

When one side achieves victory, the round comes to an end, and the earned points are distributed among the participants. After that, a new round begins. If at the end of a round someone has 10 or more victory points, the game ends, and that player is declared the winner!
