In Memory of Dear Stefa

This is both an epistolary novel and a story of archival research that leads to the revelation of an almost detective family secret. The narrative intertwines time and space, the Russian, French, Italian, English, and even Provençal languages, letters, and... a young girl’s album from the past, along with electronic messages from today. The kaleidoscope of events and emotions allows a very young person, who has found themselves in an unfamiliar environment, to gain care, love, and a new, numerous family.
The novel «In Memory of Dear Stefa» tells about very different people – by character, age, and even languages – wandering through the nooks and crannies of someone else's, but ultimately their own, life. A story that goes far into the past, seemingly inexplicable and even frightening, suddenly turns into the joy of people finding each other.
