Board Game - Kangaceiros

In Brazil, in the late 1800s – early 1900s, large landowners (Coronéis) were starving the northeast of the country over a vast territory that included the Sertão desert. In this atmosphere of corruption and abuse, the "kangaceiros" were born –... bandits who fiercely opposed the existing state of affairs. The gangs of kangaceiros lived in the forests, did not recognize any authority, extorted tribute from the owners of nearby fazendas, and from time to time became mercenaries in the disputes of wealthy landowners, although they preferred not to depend on anyone. Most of these "free shooters" were peasants who had lost their land or victims of social injustice, driven to go on the "path of war" by a desire for revenge against their oppressors.
In the strategy "Kangaceiros", each player will lead one of the rebel gangs fighting against the decaying power and oppression of their countrymen. Each bandit leader has unique abilities that will determine your further tactics and strategy. Gather a deck and play cards from your hand, stock up on resources, recruit new gang members, organize raids on prisons, defend your land, and fight against the troops of volantes sent against you by greedy coronéis. Your actions will not only help restore order and justice in the Sertão but also earn you the necessary points of glory for victory. Keep in mind that the arid lands of the wastelands give no one any leniencies – only one of you will be able to immortalize your name and earn the title of the greatest kangaceiro.
