Before you is a game that is simple in form but challenging in content, which will test your vocabulary and quick thinking. You will have a sheet of paper, a pencil, letter cubes, and limited time. And also – a whole company of other players, each of whom wants to win! Just write words in the cells on the notepad that contain the drawn letters, score as many points as possible, and win the battle for the title of the most erudite erudite!
How to play?
Distribute inventory to all players: a notepad and a pencil. Place 6 cubes and a sand timer in the center of the table. Decide who will be the first player, – and now you are ready to start!
You will have 7 rounds, which means 7 attempts to score valuable points. At the beginning of the round, roll the cubes and start the timer. While the sand is pouring, each participant thinks of a word using the drawn letters – at least one. However, the more letters used, the better! The invented word is pronounced aloud and written in the corresponding line. Once one of the players has used a word, no one else can use it until the end of the round and until the end of the game.
The round ends when time runs out or everyone has written their words. Then mistakes are checked and points are awarded: the more drawn letters used, the higher the score. The author of the longest word receives 3 bonus points. Additional points are awarded for the letter table: for each crossed out, that is, used, letter, you earn points. Then the turn passes to the next player in the circle.
Who won?
After 7 rounds, the points for words, bonuses, and crossed out letters are summed up. The player with the highest score becomes the winner. If several players have the same score – they share the victory.
