Alternate. Pretender Hero

The activities of the "Alternate" are at risk of exposure. It seems that Hunter intends to destroy the reputation of the center, while also showing the world the Amber Shadow – a selfless hero working for them. With the help of his subordinates, Hunter orchestrates a series of elaborate attacks on ordinary people. The Shadow has no choice but to follow the enemy's directives to minimize the number of victims. Alongside this, he tries to deal with Zotis – a strange, dangerous being traveling through human fears. And with Kurt – a victim of Zotis and an enemy of the Shadow, whom he would one day like to call his friend and help free from the shackles of vengeance. Everything is heading towards a major catastrophe, and neither the Shadow nor his loved ones know yet what consequences this may lead to?
