Evgeny Satanovsky is a metallurgist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, president of the Institute of the Middle East, professor at the MGIMO University, a member of the board of trustees of the State Hermitage Museum's endowment fund and the Public Council of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, and the author of the telegram channel "Traveler". For several years, he hosted author programs "From Two to Five" and "From Three to Five" on the radio station "Vesti FM" and "Armageddonich" on the Solovyov LIVE channel, as well as a telegram channel of the same name. He was the president of the Russian Jewish Congress, a member of the Scientific and Expert Council of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, the Russian PEN Center, and the presidential council of the Russian Society for Friendship with Arab Countries.
