Space Philosophy

Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky (1857–1935) was a Russian scientist and inventor, the founder of modern astronautics. Space flights and rocket engineering were the main areas of research to which he dedicated his life. However, to speak of Tsiolkovsky only as the father of astronautics means to impoverish his contribution to modern science and technology.
