The Proper Approach

How can an ordinary thirty-year-old pharmacist from the well-off twenty-first century survive in the strange world of the eighteenth? He never dreamed of adventures, feats, or, let alone, the status of a 'foreign oddity.' In this world, on one side of the scale are pure natural materials, and on the other—unsanitary conditions and breeding grounds for disease.
