From the Logic of Science to the Theory of Thinking

In this volume of the collected works of Georgy Petrovich Shchedrovitsky, works from the early period of the Moscow Methodological Circle (MMC) are included.
It presents the concepts, notions, and principles of a new, substantive-genetic logic and the theory of thinking that substantiates it. In addition to previously published articles, the book features programmatic reports, lectures, articles, and other materials from G. P. Shchedrovitsky's personal archive for the first time.
The concept of a new substantive-
genetic logic was developed precisely through the critique of Aristotelian logic and modern currents of analytical philosophy and mathematical logic, through discussions of formal and dialectical logic.
Substantive-genetic logic is presented by the author as a foundation for building the theory of thinking — a theory whose task becomes resolving the
contradictions of all preceding philosophy: from Aristotle to Kant and Hegel.
