Fascinated by Japan, its culture and landscapes, Benjamin Lacombe has dreamed since childhood of illustrating a collection of Lafcadio Hearn's stories about the ghosts of the Land of the Rising Sun. 

This Irish writer was one of the first Western residents to gain Japanese citizenship. 

He is known for traveling through various provinces, collecting and recording Japanese tales and legends about ghosts. For this collection, Benjamin created an entire bestiary of diverse beings, prompting a fresh perspective on each story. 

At the end of the book, you will find rules for games inspired by ancient tales and be able to create your own legend about yokai.
