Dark Present

In broad daylight, businessman Yuri Borzykh was found shot dead in one of the offices of a prestigious office center. The only witnesses are the young mistress of the deceased, who discovered the body, and the duty security guard. The pistol found here suggests that this is a suicide. Veteran police officer Andrei Laptev, an experienced operative in the past, gets involved in the investigation. He recalls that thirty years ago, a certain Mamedov, a man with a dark biography, was killed with this very pistol. It is possible that these two incidents are connected...
