Taming the Fairy Tale

All my childhood I dreamed of horses. I imagined myself galloping on a graceful animal that understood me without words, anticipating my desires. I dreamt of competitions, trophies, and shiny medals. However, my parents believed that a girl should engage... in something more... refined. Playing the piano, dancing, or drawing. Still, I begged for a riding school as a birthday gift. But the world of equestrian sports turned out to be different from what I had imagined. To achieve results, you need to train a lot; however, that is not the most difficult part. The main challenge is to find a common language. Not only with the horse and the coach but also with other kids. Will I have enough willpower to prepare for the transition exam? Will I be able to handle a large and dangerous animal? Will I manage to find new friends? This year at the equestrian school will set everything in its place.
