Biolocation in Sports and Everyday Activities

This book is an unusual and fascinating experiment. For the first time, an attempt has been made to apply an ancient practice - biolocation - to create an original methodology in coaching activities. Moreover, the methods described in the book can also be widely applied in all areas of a person's daily life. The author does not in any way call for replacing traditional sports theory with something else. On the contrary, he believes that sports science should be perfected and developed to the maximum.
