Swamp

It is said that in northern Russia, there is a forest that people never enter. A large part of it is occupied by a swamp – one wrong step, and there is no salvation for you. Various rumors about that swamp circulate, but only one has been passed down from generation to generation for centuries: if you throw a baby who is not yet three years old into the squelching mud, the swamp will swallow him, but within three days he may return, only he will no longer be a human, but will become a demigod. "Swamp" is a very scary book. The text itself pulls you in like the swamp – it is impossible to break away. But it is better not to read this book at night.
