Board Game - Initiative

It's 1994. A company of four teenage friends, riding their bikes, stopped by a flea market. There, among old useless things, one of the guys, Phil Johnson, found an old board game called "The Key." After buying it for five... dollars, the friends rode on. At that moment, a grey car slowly followed them, with a suspicious guy behind the wheel…Arriving home and sitting around the game table, the guys discover various notes in the game rules, obviously left by the previous owner.
