This self-study guide is intended for those who are learning the Macedonian language independently. It allows for the development of speaking skills necessary for communication and reading simple literature, and mastering the basics of grammar: the lessons of the self-study... guide familiarize you with the grammatical features of the language and commonly used conversational vocabulary. Once you master it, you can easily handle any situation when communicating directly with the residents of Macedonia. To quickly memorize ordinary speech constructions, carefully read the selections with lexical material accompanied by transliteration (the thematic list is provided in the contents). In each lesson of the self-study guide, you will find descriptions of lexical-grammatical categories of all parts of speech, exercises for memorizing the studied material, texts using active speech structures. To check the completed exercises, lesson keys are provided at the end of the book. The lessons of the self-study guide are supplemented with a dictionary that can be used to translate unfamiliar words encountered in the exercises.
