Separation: how to gain freedom

Throughout their life, a person is somehow dependent on other people: parents, friends, loved ones, colleagues. The most challenging thing is to distance oneself from them, starting a new stage of life and understanding that satisfaction, feeling like the "master of one's life" is only possible after going through separation. Separation is not only an independent and self-sufficient life but also inner harmony, self-confidence, and belief in one's abilities without external help and support. This psychological process is about personal maturity, but is it really that easy to become "mature" when you are surrounded by people?
