Gradually increase the number of exercises and aim for more complex, precise movements.
The exercises need to be performed accurately, symmetrically, and with maximum amplitude.
Ensure that the movements of the lips and tongue are natural, without tension in the muscles of the neck, nose, or eyebrows.
At the beginning of the work, check the correct position of the lips and tongue in front of a mirror.
Perform the exercises while counting (an adult counts aloud), initially up to 3–5, then increase the duration of the exercise to 10.
Repeat each exercise 3–5 times in a row.
It is better to perform the articulation exercises in a well-ventilated room. The body should be in a comfortable position, with the chest open.
