In the first part of the monograph, rules are presented that, when followed, will help avoid many diseases and also change or improve the state of the body in the presence of existing conditions. This work is a synthesis of... my previously written books on diagnostics, therapeutic nutrition, pharmacology, and acupuncture. The rules for maintaining health described in it are the principles of longevity from ancient Chinese medicine (ACM), which has been around for over 2500 years.In the second part of the book, methods of first aid for various conditions that a person can apply independently within their circle of close ones are presented.It is not necessary to have a medical education for this, as these methods are often more effective and beneficial in various life situations.The book is intended for a wide range of readers who lead or strive to lead a healthy lifestyle. It will be interesting and useful for anyone who wants to maintain their health and strives for longevity.
