On Duty After Midnight

The explosions of nuclear bombs changed the world once and for all. Nikolai Nebokhodov is a doctor in the camp of survivors. He counts medical supplies, helps the sick and injured. He takes on more than he should because he understands – who will be on the side of people if not him? But in conditions of limited food and approaching clouds of radioactive fallout, the chances of survival are approaching zero, and the military is clearly hiding something... Not waiting for a new catastrophe, Nikolai sets out with like-minded people to seek a new refuge.
