As the excitement from the Maiho music competition has barely settled, a certain envelope arrives addressed to Kaori Miyazono. Inside is an invitation to perform at a commemorative gala concert that will take place at the Towa concert hall. Having earned the opportunity to participate in such a grand event, Kaori once again commands Kōsei to be her accompanist.
