Children's Algorithm for Solving Inventive Problems (DARIZ)

The book proposes an algorithmic method for solving "children's" inventive problems, contributing to the active creative development of the child. The methodology is based on ARIZ (Algorithm for Solving Inventive Problems) by G. S. Altschuller, adapted for preschool and primary school children, and is widely equipped with auxiliary materials that facilitate the perception of the algorithm. Examples of problem-solving according to the methodology are provided.
The methodology has been tested in different age groups, used in many cities across our country, effective not only for "children's" problems and will be useful not only for children, as it helps to solve problems not by the method of "guessing the answer," but by using thinking tools that promote the generation of new, interesting, and diverse ideas.
This work is intended for parents who wish to raise children with strong creative thinking, develop ingenuity and self-confidence in them, and as a consequence, help with children's socialization and adaptation to school, as well as for educators in additional education, primary and secondary school teachers, kindergarten educators, interested in increasing children's motivation to learn and explore new things.
