The Nick Adams Stories

The book you are holding in your hands was never written by Ernest Hemingway. Rather, he wrote it, but not as a single whole. Over many years, quite a few stories emerged from his pen, united by one main character... - Nick Adams. Nick is very close to the author, and the stories from his life are, in many ways, the life, thoughts, and feelings of Hemingway himself. And so in 1972, an attempt was made to gather all these stories under one cover, placing them in chronological order. As a result, a coming-of-age book was created, where the life of the main character is traced from childhood to adulthood; we see the development of personality and the formation of a complete character. The proposed edition contains the unadapted text of the stories, accompanied by comments and a dictionary.
