A wealthy businessman has a sick daughter, Zhenichka — for five years she has been unable to walk due to a back injury. The father wants to give her a gift and orders a huge doll from a very famous reclusive master, who works for the local theater and private collectors. The doll is extraordinarily beautiful, incredibly lifelike. Zhenichka immediately falls in love with it and names it Lilith.
