"Paper Districts. Collector's Edition" — this is the final edition of the eponymous game. It includes revised rules and an improved gameplay, as well as all released and three completely new expansion sets! 
In the small-format box, already familiar to many... from the game «Welcome to the Moon», you will also find 35 additional cards to enhance replayability, six boxes for convenient storage of components, laminated game boards, and reusable erasable markers. 
This edition also contains six alternative versions of the classic game board, illustrated by world-famous artists: Vincent Dutrait, Beth Sobel, Verbenison Santiago, Christine Alcuff, Ryan Goldberry, and Maud Chalmel. 
Build houses in your district by writing their numbers in the cells on the paper board. Use the special properties of the houses and try to score as many points as possible.

The game allows players to participate in a contest for the best residential district. Each architect is given a paper board for construction – this is where the city of dreams will gradually take shape. The board already marks the areas that need to be filled with house numbers, as well as zones suitable for parks and pools that increase the attractiveness of the area for potential home buyers – thus, adding victory points to the player.

The player's goal is to accurately fulfill the construction plan, and the player who completes the task before the others receives additional victory points.
