How to be a dad, not a father. The art of upbringing

Unlike the warmth and love that most people instinctively recall when they hear the word 'mother', the word 'father' evokes conflicting feelings. In Korean society, a father is considered the support of the family; therefore, when a child is born, a man tries his best to behave according to the role of a 'good father'. But who is a 'good father'? Is it a mythical creature that everyone strives to become? Is it someone who knows everything, and who is never in pain or afraid? But a child needs not a 'good father', but 'just a dad'. All it takes is to be yourself and to be there.
