Overboard is a psychological role-playing game. You find yourself in a boat with strangers and try to survive. For the sake of water and a first aid kit, you... are ready to do anything: fight, make an alliance with an enemy, throw someone overboard. The game excellently trains negotiation skills and can replace team building.
