The Wet Case of the Waterman

Dasha Vasilieva and Colonel Degtyarev were invited to the anniversary by their good friend Fyodor Mukhin. The guests celebrated lavishly, eating, drinking, having fun, and enjoying a concert featuring stars of the world stage. Mukhin, a wealthy man, is not... at all stingy; he spends money easily. And it is clearly someone from their circle. Fyodor categorically does not want to involve the police and asks Degtyarev, who now owns a detective agency, to find the criminal.
