Board Game - Too Many Bones

In the world of 'Too Many Bones', you play as adventurers of an unusual race heading into lands flooded with all sorts of hostile creatures. For centuries, your people have lived unnoticed in Deepwood, but recently were forced to move south and seek refuge behind the walls of Obendar.

Because of your seclusion, many in this city have never seen such unusual beings. Some think your features resemble elves, others mistake you for goblins due to your height and build, while a few call you dwarves because of your evident passion for clever gadgets. Only a handful of those who have been to Deepwood know that you are Gearlocks: slender, short-statured, big-eared beings equally loving nature, mechanisms, and adventures!
The Gearlock elders are well aware that the growing danger to the north comes from Eben—a motley horde led by tyrants who hold the northern lands of Daelora in an iron grip. But these lands are disjointed and have almost no connections with each other, and therefore the elders decided that the best way to infiltrate the enemy camp and eliminate the tyrant is to send a small squad of the nimblest, cleverest, and most desperate Gearlocks… that is, you. You must head north and eliminate the tyrants of Eben one by one to put an end to this threat once and for all.

No one thought this burden would fall solely on you! Others were called to battle too! But the garrison of Obendar cannot afford to waste people, and the mercenaries have sided with the enemy: they do not care from whom to receive gold and from whom to take loot. So be it! You can manage by yourselves, for Gearlocks are resourceful and fearless folk, and any challenge is within your capabilities! You will be the first in hundreds of years to embark on a campaign north, and your adventure begins today!

The tabletop game 'Too Many Bones' offers a remarkable blend of role-playing and dice building (starting the game with a small set of dice, you will increase their number and quality over time). In this game, everything you know about dice rolls is turned upside down. This strategic game will transform you into representatives of a fantasy race and send you on an adventure in northern territories to eradicate the growing forces of the enemy and, of course, defeat the main villain responsible for all the misfortunes.

Join forces or act alone in a cooperative or solo campaign for 1–4 players! 4 unique character types and over 60 dice to choose from will turn every battle into a distinct mini-challenge. Your adventure will consist of 8–12 encounters before you reach the end and face one of the possible villains. Along the way, you will encounter plot forks where you will ponder whether the reward is worth the risk. And all of this with dice! Your group will need to make decisions of other kinds: when to rest, when to explore, or even which fights to engage in! With encounter cards, the plot will take amusing turns with a touch of humor, preparing you for the next battle.
