Monopolist — a large entrepreneur who controls the entire market. Sounds tempting, doesn't it? Conquer the big city with your charm and tough strategy: buy, sell, and rent any buildings.
 
Game Objective: to become the most successful businessman while retaining capital.
 
Game Components:

- game cards - 64 pcs. (8*5.5 cm) 28 property cards, 18 "community chest" cards, and 18 "chance" cards
- stack of game money - 210 pcs. (9*4.5 cm)
- dice - 2 pcs.
- house and hotel tokens - 44 pcs. (32 houses and 12 hotels)

Materials: cardboard, polymer materials. 
 
 
Start your journey together with competitors from the "Go" space, determining the turn order by rolling the dice. If you land on an empty, unowned property, you can buy it. If such a purchase is beyond your means, the property will be auctioned by the bank. Any player participating in the auction who offers the highest price must purchase it.
You can collect rent from players who land on your property. Houses and hotels built on properties of the same group increase the rent value. If funds are low, you can mortgage one or several of your properties.

You must comply with all the requirements on the "Chance" and "Community Chest" cards. But be careful — your competitors will be very happy if you end up in jail.
