Mind Manipulation-2

The book "Mind Manipulation" has long become a bestseller and is among the best non-fiction books in Russia. It has been reissued several times; however, its author, the outstanding sociologist and political scientist Sergey Georgievich Kara-Murza, noted in the afterword to one of the reissues: "The empirical illustrations provided in the book need to be updated. The situation of those who wish to preserve their 'I' and protect themselves from manipulation has changed drastically lately: there are now such powerful means of manipulation that the old psychological defenses have become helpless."
Soon, Russian scholar Sergey Smirnov wrote a continuation of this book. His work received high praise from S.G. Kara-Murza, who called "Mind Manipulation-2" a very valuable book that provides a key to "mastering our current reality."
