The Silence of Color

I have always been lucky with good people. Each of them inserted an important piece of the mosaic into that unfinished picture of the world that I imagined. Each brought what I was missing. Each taught me something. Essentially, I... am the result of their efforts, their pale shadow. Time flows, and life unacceptably speeds up, generously leaving the closest, the most important beside me. The most loving and merciful. They do not need any explanations, with them one does not have to be afraid of being weak or foolish. There is no need to justify oneself before them — they forgave me the day before my birthday, unconditionally and forever. Therefore, all that I have in my soul right now is gratitude and love.
