In an attempt to retrieve the soul of Chibiusa and the Mysterious Silver Crystal, the sailor soldiers head to the realm of "Omega," which has transformed from the once beautiful and well-maintained district of "Infinity." Ahead of them lies an... exhausting battle against the leader of the "Apostles of Death," Pharaoh 90, and his accomplice Mistress 9. In the heat of the battle, when all hope of saving Earth seems to have been lost, finally appears the one whose awakening Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto have been trying to prevent with all their might — the warrior of death and destruction Sailor Saturn.
