There will be no separations. How to cope with the death and suffering of loved ones

Frederica de Graaf - spiritual daughter of Archimandrite Anthony of Sourozh, has been serving for over 10 years in accompanying the dying and their relatives at the First Moscow Hospice. The author describes how to understand the suffering neighbor, their feelings and fears, pain, despair, and loneliness, how to comfort, to be with them both in words and in silence, how to accompany them in those hours and minutes that may become the last and the most important in their life.
Relying on the deep spiritual and life experience of Archimandrite Anthony, we can again realize that the death of loved ones is an experiential confirmation of our faith in eternal life, and love for the departed is an affirmation of the existence of another world.
