Beautiful as a river

In the second novel of Melissa Perron's trilogy, her heroine Fabienne finally discovers the reason for her eccentricities, which have set her apart from others since childhood. The diagnosis of "autism" puts everything in its place and allows Fabienne to better understand herself: she realizes that there is nothing terrible about her unusual behavior and accepts herself with all her quirks.
