In the "Forest Express" expansion, you will find a new game board that complements the existing map of the base version of "Everdell", a multitude of new characters, constructions, and events. "Everdell" is a magical board game for 1-4 players and is the embodiment of warmth and coziness. The game takes place in a fairy tale world where animals talk and live happily together in forest towns. Above all, the game will surprise you with its charming design of the game board and components, which use soft and pleasant colors. At the center of the game board stands a real tree, which must be assembled according to the instructions from cardboard elements. The tree not only serves a decorative purpose but also holds cards and figures on its branches.Players must lead their city to prosperity. To do this, you need to gather resources, construct buildings, equip animals for journeys, participate in events, visit competitors' cities, hide in shelters, and so on. All to build the most prosperous city!The game also offers you a set of rules for solo play.

How to play?The game lasts for four seasons, during which you must prepare your city. Players take turns and can perform various actions, but only one at a time:Place a worker – allows you to gather resources.Play a card – you play a card on your field for a certain cost. In return, you may receive various advantages.Prepare for the season – the player moves to the next round-season, while players do not wait for each other and can continue the game at their own pace, following their strategy. When to move further is up to you, but remember that at the end of the fourth season, the game ends for you.

Who won?The game for a player ends when they cannot or do not want to take a new action. They no longer participate in the game, but only watch the remaining players.
In the end, all players finish and count their points. The winner receives the victory card of Everdell!
