How to defeat laziness? Important tasks can be turned into useful habits. To this approach, we have added strong motivation and made it all part of the game. Players set goals for themselves, come up with rewards for achieving them, and... perform fun tasks every day that bring them closer to their cherished prizes.This game is for those who always lack a little something to start doing something or to finish something they started. The game helps develop useful habits, teaches achieving set goals, unites the family, and subtly changes life for the better.

Preparing a To-Do List
Each participant comes up with 2 main and 3 additional tasks for themselves. These tasks the player will complete over 2 weeks. For completing tasks, players will earn points, which in our game are called "kicks." At the end of the game, participants can exchange the earned kicks for prizes.Daily, players receive cards with various tasks, and some allow them to complete the chosen 3 additional tasks. Which additional task the player can do will be indicated on the card. Main tasks can be done by players every day.Examples of possible tasks: do exercises, brush teeth, read 10 pages, clean the room, walk the dog... At the end of the rules, you will find recommendations to help create a to-do list for the game.Help children compile lists of tasks. It is very important that the child agrees with their tasks. If the child is internally okay with them — half the job is done.

Rewards in the Game
Players come up with 1–2 rewards they want to receive. It can be anything: a toy car, a doll, a constructor, a soccer uniform, dinner at a favorite cafe, a trip to an amusement park...Together determine the value of each prize in kicks. Consider that over 2 weeks of play, a diligent player will earn about 180–210 kicks, and with a bit of luck, they can earn about 300 kicks.Running to the RefrigeratorPlayers write their tasks and prizes on tablets and hang them on the refrigerator. Next to the tablets, place a marker and the base of the Lazy Totem, writing "1" on it. Here, each day you will record the game day number.

How to Earn Kicks
Points can be earned by completing tasks from the list and tasks on the cards. Daily, players can perform main tasks once. Additional tasks can be done if indicated on the card drawn. Each completed main or additional task earns 5 kicks.
