Singing Bowls. Sound Therapy

People often believe that the physical and spiritual effects of singing bowls are a matter of suggestion, or that one needs, in some way, to "believe" in them to experience their influence; however, nobody says that you need to believe in music to hear it. Sound is a physical phenomenon, and the perception of sound occurs according to principles explained by physical and biological concepts. Information is provided about the application of sound during meditation, healing, and the characteristics and purpose of ringing bowls, Tibetan bells, and dorje.
