It's Dark There

Maria Lebedeva (b. 1991) — literary critic. "It's Dark There" — a debut novel. Kira works in a hostel and wants to write a book. Yasya is in school, and everyone will breathe a sigh of relief when she graduates. The sisters know about each other only from the conversations of relatives. They don't have much in common: a father and a similarly heightened sense of empathy. But a large white bird that appears out of nowhere becomes a problem for both, and the sisters will have to unite.
