About the game

"Fruit Garden" is a puzzle board game for one player with very simple rules. The gameplay is quite deep but at the same time meditative: using cards with trees, you will create your unique fruit garden and try to make it as bountiful as possible. Each round in "Fruit Garden" will be unique, so you will never create two identical gardens. And the more interesting it will be to lay out the game over and over again to beat your record!

How to play?

Take 18 tree cards, shuffle them and divide into 2 equal piles of 9 cards: you will need only one of them for the game. Turn over the top card from the pile and place it in the play area – this is the beginning of your garden – and then draw 2 cards. Everything is ready to start the game. To harvest and earn victory points, you need to lay down cards in such a way that trees with fruits of the same color cover each other. Example: you played a card and covered an orange tree with two fruits with an orange tree with one fruit – you have 3 oranges! To mark this, place an orange cube with the value of 3 on the top tree. While playing cards, you can rotate them any way you want by 90 and 180 degrees. The main thing is that the covered trees have the same fruits.

In addition to fruit trees, there are also empty clearings on the cards that can cover fruit trees, which is a good way to prepare the garden for a new area! You can also play in recipe mode, which is depicted on the back of the tree cards. When preparing for the game, simply set aside 2 recipe cards; these will indicate the conditions for gaining bonus points, and the sum of the numbers at the top of the recipes represents your goal in victory points.

How to win?

As soon as the last card is played, the game ends. The values of the cubes show how many fruits you managed to collect – their total displays the value of the harvested crop, which is the victory points. Since this is a solo game, your opponent is yourself. Try to set a new record and don't stop at what you've achieved!
