Cecile Rog is an author of travels in Russia and France, organizer of "French" events in Moscow, hotel expert, business representative, and author of the blog Le Blog de Cecile.
France is an amazing country of freedom, wine, and fresh croissants. Our cultures closely intertwined throughout the 19th century, developing together and constantly influencing each other. Therefore, it is not surprising that France loves Russia, and Russia has a special affection for everything French. But no matter how much we love each other, we Russians sometimes find it difficult to understand the French, their art of living, and enjoying the moment.
In the book "France, I love you! The Art of Living French-style," the most Russian Frenchwoman will unveil the mystery and tell how ordinary French people live, what they eat, what they talk about, how they travel, how they raise children, observe traditions while bringing something new, live in the moment, noticing and preserving beauty literally in everything.
"Living outside France and observing it from the outside gives me the chance to understand the depth of my French heritage, and from my French vantage point in Russia, I seem to see more clearly what is not noticeable to all 'locals.' In this book, I want to share my observations, secrets, and skills that motivate me, help me, and allow me to remain who I am — a Frenchwoman with a Russian heart."
