For... many years, he has traveled through war-torn countries and conflict zones, offering his experience and training to those who pay the most. This time, fate has thrown Juan into Santa Costa, a country in South America that bears a striking resemblance to his native Yara. Just as on the island captured by Anton Castillo, the economy of this small and obscure state changed overnight after the discovery of a rare resource—a mineral called tantalum. Now, three factions are fighting in the country: a military dictatorship, recently come to power under the leadership of Di Stefano, a bourgeois party led by the daughter of the murdered former ruler, and a group of revolutionaries defending the rights of workers and indigenous people. It is this group, led by Max Purillo, that has taken an interest in Juan's talents. For Cortez, this is a magical offer: a budding revolution, a political crisis, and most importantly—money. Lots of money. Juan is required to deliver a crushing blow to the regime: he must incite a rebellion by killing General Di Stefano. But, of course, everything will go completely off the rails.
