For many years, he has traveled through war-torn countries and conflict zones, offering his experience and training to those who will pay the most. This time, fate has thrown Juan into Santa Costa, a country in South America that strongly resembles his native Yara. Just like on the island seized by Anton Castillo, the economy of this small and unknown state changed in an instant after the discovery of a rare resource—a mineral called tantalum. Now three camps are battling in the country: a military dictatorship, recently come to power under the leadership of Di Stefano, a bourgeois party led by the daughter of a murdered former ruler, and a group of revolutionaries defending the rights of workers and indigenous people. It is this group, led by Max Purillo, that has taken an interest in Juan's talents. For Cortez, this is a fairy-tale offer: here is the budding revolution, the political crisis, and most importantly—money. A lot of money. Juan is expected to deliver a crushing blow to the regime: he must incite an uprising by killing General Di Stefano. But, of course, everything will go completely off plan.
