Developing Android Applications from Scratch

The basics of programming in Java for Android are clearly presented, including object-oriented programming. The installation and configuration of the Android Studio development environment are described, as well as the creation of functional user interfaces using the Android Studio visual editor. The principles of material design are revealed. The layouts CardView and ScrollView are discussed, along with screen touch handling, data capture, using sound and animations in the application, supporting various versions of Android and multiple interface languages. The topic of data storage in the built-in SQLite database is touched upon. Design patterns used by professionals to create modern mobile applications are demonstrated.
