Development of Interhemispheric Interaction in Children: Neurodynamic Gymnastics

Preschool and early childhood is the most favorable period for the development of higher brain structures, and consequently, interhemispheric connections and mental processes. The proposed neurodynamic gymnastics is one of the directions for developing integrated interhemispheric interaction in children aged... 4-7 years. By using specially selected games and exercises in working with children, where the child engages the right hand, the left hand, or performs tasks with both hands simultaneously, we create conditions for improving the interaction of the right and left hemispheres, each of which perceives the external world in its own way.
