The mid-1980s. Later, he is impressed by the book... of legendary FBI profiler John Douglas "Mindhunter", which describes the capture of maniacs using methods unknown in Korea—and further strengthens his belief in the impending epidemic of killings… Becoming a police inspector, he dreams of creating profiling and recruits promising investigator Kwon Iryeon. By the early 2000s, Yun Wechul's predictions come true—serial killers begin to appear in Korea.
