And again the same night seems to appear — the finale of the three-hundred-year empire's history in a dirty basement. And again the tsar falls on his back, and two girls kneel by the wall, shielding themselves with their hands from bullets, and commandant Yurovsky runs into the gunpowder smoke to finish off the boy crawling on the floor… Only now in this smoke I also see a bearded man who did so much to make this basement happen! And who knew that it would happen!
