The Aviator

The collection includes various works by Exupery: prose, journalism, military notes, and radio addresses. The story «The Aviator» is about capricious fortune, the essay «Pilot and the Elements» is about a pilot's struggle with bad weather, reports on trips to post-revolutionary Soviet Union and Spain, engulfed in civil war. The edition is supplemented by letters to Leon Werth, a faithful friend and comrade, to whom «Tonio» dedicated «The Little Prince».
